Shipping

All of our domestic orders are sent via FedEx Ground. Our Canadian orders are sent via the United States Postal Service. We are currently not shipping outside of the United States and Canada, but we will begin shipping international by February 1, 2013.

Our shipping costs are as follows:

Domestic Shipping
1 -2 Candles: $8.00
3-5 Candles: $10.00
6+ Candles: $12.50

Canadian Shipping
 1 Candles: $10.00
2 Candles: $10.85
3 Candles: $15.00
4+ Candles: $20.00 

Delivery times vary, but all candles will arrive within four days of shipment. We ship all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed. If you place an order on Friday or Saturday it will ship on Monday. Sunday orders generally ship on Tuesday, if not Monday.

Return Policy

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your candle you can return it within 30 days. Candles must be unused, which means they can not have been lit. Our candles are stronger than most so you can get a clear sense of the fragrance before you even light it. Please return the candle in its original packaging to:

Please send an e-mail to order@arlojacob.com to have your return processed. We will gladly refund the full cost of the candle minus the shipping charges.

Missing or Damaged Items

When you ship glass items every once in a while one gets broken, even though we do pack our candles in industrial strength bubble wrap. We’ll gladly replace any candle with a brand new one at no cost to you. Please contact orders@arlojacob.com if you have received a broken candle.

If you’re candle fails to show up, please email us at orders@arlojacob.com, and we’ll research it for you. If it appears the item is indeed lost, we’ll glad send you out another candle at no cost to you.
